AIRL

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

This policy explains how AIRL Technologies, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, handles personal information through this website.

When you contact us

We use the name, email address, company/site details, and message you provide to respond to your inquiry and discuss the products or services you request. Your name, company/site details, and message are optional. Permission to respond to an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you separately choose the optional newsletter signup, we include that preference in the inquiry email sent to our team. You can contact us to withdraw that choice.

Career applications

When you submit a career application, we use your contact details, message, and Markdown CV to review your expression of interest and contact you about it. The CV text is included in the application email delivered to our team through EmailJS. Career applications are not counted as marketing leads, and CV contents are not sent to analytics.

Website analytics and your choice

With your permission, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand pages visited, site interactions, and device information, and improve our website. Analytics cookies can recognize a browser across visits. We do not include your contact-form entries in our marketing analytics events.

Optional analytics stays off until you accept. We save your preference in your browser. If you accept, we also temporarily remember which application link brought you to our contact form. You can decline analytics and still use the website and contact us.

Use Privacy Settings to change your choice. Withdrawing analytics permission reloads the page to stop previously loaded tracking. It does not erase information already collected. You can also remove existing cookies through your browser settings.

Service providers and processing

We use service providers to host the website, deliver inquiries through EmailJS and our email service, and support optional analytics through Google. Website providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. Providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to local laws and lawful access by authorities.

Protection and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal requirements. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the contact form.

Questions and privacy requests

To request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern, contact AIRL Technologies and identify your message as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to respond to your inquiry, and some information may need to be retained to meet legal requirements.

If your concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as applicable.
