An integration is the connection that brings data from an existing system into MineDash™. A module, or application, is the supporting package that puts connected data to work to solve one or more business problems. For example, an integration can bring in fleet activity, while Short Interval Control uses that information to help teams identify production losses and prioritize corrective action.

AIRL can scope data connections around your existing systems and operational requirements. Each integration depends on available interfaces, data access, and the information needed by the application. We assess those requirements with your team before defining the scope.

MineDash can complement existing fleet management and dispatch workflows by using available information for operational analysis and decision support. The appropriate approach depends on your systems and objectives; adopting MineDash does not automatically require replacing them.

Short Interval Control supports live shift check-ins, forward analysis, and immediate corrective action. Reporting connects operational results with historical trends to help teams investigate recurring losses and assess whether improvements are sustained.

Yes. AIRL consulting engagements can support your existing site systems and tools. Services include operational improvement, planning and optimization, data integration, custom software, analytics, reconciliation, and implementation support. A MineDash licence is not required for every engagement.

Yes. AIRL can train supervisors and dispatchers to interpret operational information, identify constraints, prioritize corrective actions, and follow through. For short interval control, this includes everyday dashboard check-ins and assessing which actions took place and how performance changed.

No. MineDash Training is an application for tracking operator experience, certifications, and progression. AIRL’s Implementation & Training service helps people configure, validate, and adopt technology and operating workflows.
